At ALESIAN, the work starts with understanding a customer's problem and thinking through what needs to change, as well as implementing the technology.

Bring your experience with servers, networks, systems or problem-solving conversations. Together, we explore new ways of working with AI.

An interest in new technology and making—including AI, 3D printing and electronic devices—is welcome.

Connect technical skills with real work.

INFRASTRUCTURE

Support IT infrastructure

Design, build and operate servers, networks and cloud environments so that systems can be used effectively.

DEVELOPMENT

Build useful systems

Develop and maintain websites and business systems, focusing on the functions people need.

IMPROVEMENT

Understand and improve

Discuss customers' challenges, work out improvements and explore better workflows, including the use of AI.

Ueno, Taito-ku, Tokyo
Working from home and remote arrangements may be discussed according to the duties.
Working hours
09:00–18:00, eight working hours
Salary
JPY 360,000–580,000 per month
Depending on skills and experience
Bonus
Twice a year, June and December
Probation
Three months, under the same conditions
Benefits

Requirements
No academic degree requirement. We value practical experience.
Specialist skills in at least one area such as servers, networks or cloud infrastructure.
