海外にお住まいのお客様限定のデータ販売に向けた利用条件の案です。国内のお客様には、取扱店様を通じて現物商品をご案内します。販売開始前に対象データ・価格・提供形式・詳細条件を確定し、購入前に確認できる形でご案内します。現在、このサイトでデータの購入やダウンロードはできません。These are proposed terms for future digital-file sales exclusively to customers residing outside Japan. Customers in Japan are directed to our retail partners for physical products. Eligible files, prices, formats and final conditions will be provided before purchase. Digital purchases and downloads are not currently available on this site.
個人の趣味利用に限定Personal hobby use only
購入者本人が、自分のRC車や個人的な趣味のために造形・使用する範囲を基本とします。The intended license allows the purchaser to print and use parts for their own RC vehicles and personal hobby activities.
再配布・転売・商用利用は不可No redistribution, resale or commercial use
元のデータおよび改変したデータの第三者への配布・共有・転売、データや出力品の販売、有償の造形サービスなどの商用利用を禁止する方針です。The proposed terms prohibit sharing, distributing or reselling the original or modified files, selling printed parts, and using the files for paid printing services or other commercial purposes.
ファイル・造形条件は商品ごとに明記Files and printing requirements per product
販売するデータの形式、対応モデル、必要な材料やプリンター条件、組み立てに必要な追加部品は、商品ごとに確認して掲載します。物理的な製品の発送を伴う販売とは区別して案内します。Each digital product will specify the supplied formats, compatible models, printer and material requirements, and any additional hardware needed. Digital files will be clearly distinguished from shipped physical products.
最終的な契約条件・返金や不具合時の対応は、販売方法の決定後に整えます。Final contract terms, refund conditions and defect support will be defined before sales begin.
